"Lowland lamb is fatter but mountain lamb is sweeter"

Mountains lambs are small so making the joints not suitable for the British Market. To stop our lambs going for live export, we market our lambs by mincing all joints, even the expensive roasting joints.

To make a high quality lamb mince, 100% lamb fully traceable from our farm. The welsh mountain lamb with it's slower growing rate makes an outstanding product, we believe it is superior to other lamb mince. Must be tried at £7 per kg super lean mince.
