  • Aberdeen Angus for marbling and cooking.
  • Hereford for flavour and tenderness.
  • Limousin for good conformation and lean meat.
  • No presence of any dairy production animals in herd or bloodlines.

 

It is widely agreed these breeds produce very good beef, and by crossbreeding within these breeds, we believe we can produce beef of the highest quality. Approximate percentage Aberdeen Angus 50% - Hereford 30% - Limousin 20%.
